Registered Nurse – Outpatient Radiation Oncology
LocationEdmonds, WA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday | 5x8s (7:00–15:00 or 14:00–22:00) or 4x10s (7:00–17:00) | No Weekends | No Call | No Floating
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient radiation oncology setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to radiation therapy treatments
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary oncology team to coordinate individualized patient care
- Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using Epic EMR
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of oncology nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Must not be a first-time travel nurse
- Prior experience in radiation oncology strongly preferred
- Familiarity with outpatient oncology workflows and patient education in a radiation setting
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no on-call, and no floating requirements
