, you'll be an essential part of our administrative support team.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Guide patients through troubleshooting company technology, including telehealth applications and patient portals.
  • Process medication prior authorizations.
  • Support providers with document preparation, written and electronic correspondence, phone calls, and mandatory paperwork.
  • Answer general questions about the practice and services provided.
  • Collaborate with team members and other locations to resolve patient issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate care between patients and providers.
  • Manage patient scheduling, collect mandatory financial responsibility information, relay financial updates, and obtain insurance updates when requested.
  • Complete documentation in the EMR promptly and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to providers, aid patient‑provider coordination, and assist with regulatory compliance and licensure maintenance.
  • Support medication refill requests following established processes.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Track mandatory documentation for patient files.
  • Follow on‑site medication handling mandatory processes.
  • Possibly receive training in Interventional Treatment support.
