RN - NICU

This position is located in Washington State.

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position requires a night shift of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:30.

The NICU Travel Nurse will be responsible for the care of infants in a Level II NICU setting. The nurse will attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries, and provide support for feeding tubes, syringe pumps, and various respiratory needs. The role may involve attending to both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to infants in a Level II NICU
• Attend and participate in deliveries and high-risk deliveries
• Manage respiratory care including CPAP and BiPAP
• Administer feeding through tubes as necessary
• Utilize neonatal dosage calculations and ventilator management

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU nursing
• Current RN license in Washington or Compact License
• Certification in BLS and NRP required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with ventilator management and feeding methods
