Pathway Geriatrics seeks an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to serve as a palliative primary care provider for homebound older adults in Edmonds/Lynnwood/Bothell region. You will manage a panel of about 200 clients, visiting homes and facilities with a focus on comfort and quality of life.
The role is 100% field-based, with weekly meetings at the Redmond office and typical hours 9–5, Monday to Friday.
