Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Progressive Care Fellowship
. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands‑on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 2, 2026.

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association
• National Provider ACLS
  - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
