Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift with Per Diem arrangements at a healthcare facility. The nurse will provide world-class, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, applying specialized training to enhance patient outcomes and support the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a Med/Surg setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
