We are growing and currently expanding our hospital, creating an exciting opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team!

- Collaborative team of:
- Approximately 20 support staff
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
- Veterinary assistants
- Client Service Representatives
- Strong technician support with 1–2 techs assigned per doctor
- Team‑oriented culture built around compassion, empathy, humor, and mutual support
- Healthy work‑life balance encouraged and respected
- Regular team outings and a family‑oriented atmosphere
- Flexible 3‑ or 4‑day weekday schedule
- Hours:
8:30 am–6:30 pm - 1–2 weekdays off each week
- Rotating Saturdays:
- Current rotation every 5th Saturday
- Additional doctor would improve rotation frequency
- Saturday hours: 7:45 am–12:30 pm
- Typical appointment flow:
- Wellness appointments: 20–30 minutes
- Sick appointments: 30–40 minutes
- Dedicated surgery days available:
- Typically 3–5 surgeries scheduled
- Opportunity for additional appointments if desired
- Experienced DVM with interest in surgery and dentistry
- Compassionate and collaborative team player
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
