Property Manager
Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including working with vendors and contractors. Maintain accurate records of all community activities, including leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards. Address resident concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve community goals and objectives.
Requirements - 1 year previous experience as a property manager is required. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws. Proficiency in using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site. Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience is a plus. Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Experience in facilities management is desirable.

Expected salary range is $31-$33 per hour depending on experience.
