Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser – Mondelēz International

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing display photos.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are stocked and maintained per company guidelines.
• Ensure sales reps’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Available to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Lynnwood, WA (primary location); secondary locations in Edmonds, WA.
• Schedule availability:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, starting 5:00 AM; may change with business needs.

• Hourly compensation rate of $19.00.
