We are currently seeking talented Store Front Associates who are committed to exceptional customer service, detail‑oriented, and willing to go above and beyond.

• Provide customers with service beyond their expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Make memorable connections and commit to making each guest’s experience the best.
• Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers.
• Perform job‑specific duties, including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and enjoy the work environment.
• Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforcement of Health Department Regulations and Serv Safe certification.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18+ YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
