Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site or hybrid Telemarketer role based in Edmonds, WA. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective clients, follow call scripts, and introduce insurance products and services in a professional, compliant manner. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for licensed insurance professionals, updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up with prospects as needed.

The role also involves meeting daily and weekly call and contact goals, handling basic inbound inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. The Telemarketer will be expected to adhere to all company policies and applicable regulations while providing a respectful and positive experience on every call.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Comfort with high‑volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting in a target‑driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience using CRM systems or call‑tracking tools, and accurate data entry skills.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional phone presence and the ability to handle objections respectfully.
  • Ability to follow scripts and compliance guidelines while adapting conversations to individual prospect needs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively on‑site.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, call centers, or insurance/financial services is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
