Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance
Description
Performs a variety of skilled work of moderate difficulty related to the maintenance and repair of building structures and associated electrical, mechanical and environmental equipment and systems. May perform specialized assignments in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and landscaping work.
Required Qualifications- 2 years progressively responsible experience in all aspects of building construction maintenance and repair, preferably in a hospital setting where the incumbent has gained skills in all areas of electrical, mechanical and structural repairs of buildings.
- Coursework/Training:
Additional courses in mathematics, mechanics and electrical work.

CompensationPay Range: $38.03 - $57.69 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
