PositionInformation
Under the general direction of the building administrator, ensures that the physical plant and environment is safe, clean, functional, well‑maintained and secure.
Shift Details8 hours a day; 260 days on calendar; shift hours 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year, however total work hours, work locations, and designated beginning and ending times may vary.

RequirementsThe position requires physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances, bend, stoop and twist frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work at heights occasionally, use hand tools, reach above shoulder height, and perform work outdoors during all seasons.
