We’re hiring:
Summer School Administrative Assistant
Organized. Professional. Dependable.
Sturgeon Public Schools is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Summer School Administrative Assistant 3 to support Summer School programming. This position will work out of Central Services in Morinville.
This role provides specialized clerical, financial, and program support to ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of Summer School operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Summer School Principal and program staff
- Support student registration, enrollment processing, and record management
- Utilize Power School and PASI to manage student data and reporting
- Provide reception support and respond to inquiries from students, families, and staff
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and program materials
- Support financial and program-related administrative processes
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate (required)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related applications
- Experience with Power School and PASI is preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Hapara, Publisher, or website maintenance is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
