Our client is seeking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports reception and leasing administration for a fast-paced property management company and is ideal for someone with experience in leasing or administrative roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk and reception support, handling maintenance and janitorial requests.
  • Manage mail, couriers, purchase orders, petty cash, and security deposits.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, access programming, and intercom setup.
  • Support leasing administration, apartment showings, and tenant onboarding.
  • Organize tenant engagement events and activities.
  • Collect rent cheques and maintain accurate records.
  • Use property management software (e.g., Yardi Breeze, Rent Café).
