Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing various administrative activities.
What you must have:
Previous government experience an asset, including familiarity with Action Requests
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Open Text (Livelink) and SharePoint an asset
Experience with digital signature platforms (Adobe Sign or Consigno) an asset
Strong keyboarding skills and ability to format business documents/correspondence
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
