Join TRIO's Project Management team as a TMF Assistant, directly reporting to the TMF Manager. You'll ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH guidelines while managing the electronic Trial Master File's data integrity. Candidates will thrive with strong organizational and independent work skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process study documentation according to SOPs and guidelines
• Conduct quality reviews of documents submitted for eTMF
• Upload and assign document metadata for trials
• Maintain compliance with TRIO quality and performance standards
• Support the TMF Manager with reports and newsletters
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• One year of work experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
Contribute to TRIO's mission by ensuring meticulous trial documentation and supporting groundbreaking cancer research.
