Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Quick Books invoicing and billing processes
• Maintain organized filing and record keeping
• Answer calls and monitor emails promptly
• Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable efficiently
• Support dispatch duties as required
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of administrative experience
• Previous dispatch experience is preferred
• Secondary school education is an asset
• Proficiency in Quick Books and computer programs
• Reliable transportation to the Winterburn office
