Key Responsibilities:
• Post EFT transactions and manage payment inquiries
• Conduct daily deposit reminder tasks
• Prepare cheque deposits for processing
• Generate reports for operational reviews
• Manage CDN and US payment box email inquiries
Requirements:
• 1+ years in payment processing or related fields
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and independent work skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines in a busy environment
