Located in downtown Edmonton, this Executive Assistant role will report to both VPs within the organization. You will play a key role by managing schedules, providing high-quality support, and maintaining confidentiality across various communications. Ideal candidates display strong organizational abilities, effective multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist executive team with comprehensive administrative support
• Organize and coordinate office activities
• Independently respond to inquiries and messages
• Plan and document meetings, ensuring confidentiality
• Maintain filing systems and assist in correspondence
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant office experience
• In-depth knowledge of office procedures and technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage confidential information responsibly
