In this role, being at the forefront of reception lets you engage directly with visitors while you also assist with crucial finance operations. Responsibilities range from processing customer credits to maintaining financial documentation, ensuring an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reception duties, welcoming visitors
• Process end-to-end customer billing requests
• Prepare and maintain vendor chargeback documentation
• Scan and file financial documents into Open Text
• Distribute local customer rebate documentation
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in related fields
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office
• Must handle some physical demands of lifting products
