Step into a vital role at First Onsite as our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant on a 12-month contract. Your ability to bring order and clarity will strengthen our team’s efficiency.
As the crucial first point of contact, you'll manage multiple administrative tasks with finesse, ensuring smooth operations within our office. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, and setting up claims, alongside maintaining accurate records and assisting with payroll. Your initiative will allow you to provide exceptional support to both clients and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Manage new claims, data tracking, and documentation
• Ensure all reports and records are accurate
• Support payroll activities and vendor management
• Maintain proper supply levels and document shipments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
• High school diploma required; business education helpful
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
