As a key administrative liaison, you will report to the Executive Principal and the Board Chair. Your responsibilities include organizing board meetings, taking detailed minutes, and managing governance materials to ensure accuracy. You will proactively support the Executive Assistant and foster strong relationships within the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize logistics for board and committee meetings
• Record and distribute meeting minutes promptly
• Maintain governance manuals and annual work plans
• Serve as the primary contact for board inquiries
• Assist the Executive Assistant with various tasks
Requirements:
• 1-4 years in administrative or governance roles
• Certification in Business or Public Administration preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with governance processes required
• Proficient in technology and productivity tools
