As a District Support Clerk II in the Parks and Roads Services branch, you will engage directly with Mobility Infrastructure Services. Your primary responsibilities will include daily data entry into SAP, auditing payroll data, and maintaining records. Collaboration with leadership to address payroll discrepancies is crucial to ensure operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input daily labour and equipment usage into SAP
• Verify bi-weekly payroll data to ensure smooth processing
• Update employee master data and work schedules
• Maintain records including bills of lading and packing slips
• Generate statistical and operational reports for management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or office administration certificate
• Minimum two years in administrative and clerical roles
• Strong software knowledge in SAP and People Soft
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
