The Sales Administrator will report to the Director of Sales, ensuring a smooth flow of information within the department. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and process sales reports and payroll accurately
• Draft customer correspondence and necessary letters
• Manage schedules and record minutes for various meetings
• Create visually engaging presentations for team meetings
• Coordinate resolution of customer concerns and documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of sales administration experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
