You will provide support to a multi-disciplinary team by managing appointments and communication with clients. A heart for customer service is essential as you will welcome clients and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Familiarity with clinic environments and financial processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle multi-line phone systems and emails for client queries
• Schedule and confirm appointments, both in-person and virtual
• Develop and maintain billing and payment plans
• Oversee clinical documentation preparations
• Facilitate the organization of client data in EMR
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of office or clinic experience required
• Excellent customer service skills needed
• Experience with WCB, billing, and scheduling advantageous
• High school diploma required; medical administration diploma preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and EMR systems
