Join our client as a Document Control Administrator, supporting high voltage transmission projects.
Your role will focus on organizing and managing technical and contractual documents effectively.
The Document Control Administrator plays a key role in the Transmission Program Management team, assisting Project Managers and Engineers with document coordination, production, and distribution. You will ensure that project documents are properly tracked and stored while supporting communication with external stakeholders for document exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and store project documents in designated locations
• Facilitate document transmission with external stakeholders
• Provide expertise in document control software to team members
• Ensure timely review and approval of documents
• Support change control activities and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Knowledge of engineering document control methods
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
