As a Sub PQ Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors to manage documentation processes. Your expertise will help in reviewing key documents, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate data in our online database. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support prequalifying subcontractors for projects
• Ensure effective communication with subcontractors
• Maintain accurate document controls and data accuracy
• Review submissions for compliance with Stantec standards
• Collaborate with project teams on next steps
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in project administration
• Proficient in Adobe and MS Office tools
• Strong research and compliance skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to learn company systems quickly
Contribute to the success of Stantec by facilitating effective subcontractor evaluations and ensuring documentation integrity.
