Support operational excellence at Paris Jewellers as an Office Administrative Assistant in Edmonton, AB. This role combines e-commerce tasks with customer service to enhance business efficiency.
In this full-time position, you will report to senior management while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities. The role involves processing online orders, acting as a point of contact for customer care, and ensuring timely shipping and deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage online order processing and shipping
• Address customer care inquiries for e-commerce and retail
• Ensure quality control measures are in place
• Generate online sales and inventory reports
• Oversee and delegate tasks within the team
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service is required
• At least 2 years in an administrative position needed
• E-commerce experience with shipping and customer service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
