This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with engineering and sales teams, and ensuring comprehensive communication regarding document status. With an emphasis on quality, you'll maintain the Project Document Library and streamline processes for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and track technical documents and records

• Maintain accuracy in the Project Document Library

• Communicate changes with engineering and sales teams

• Collaborate with vendors for feedback and revisions

• Submit documents to global recipients and track deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in document control or administrative support

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with document management software preferred
