Cascadia Metals is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Edmonton office. Support a dynamic team and enhance operational efficiency across various departments.
In this role, you will interact with customers, manage financial processes, and assist in daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include Accounts Receivable and providing support for customer service and sales functions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Handle Accounts Receivable tasks, including deposits and collections
• Act as liaison for Accounts Payable inquiries
• Process purchase orders and manage sales updates
• Ensure accurate reporting for end-of-day shipments
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Preferred post-secondary education in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Capable of both independent and collaborative work
