Join the School of Continuing Education at Mac Ewan University for a 24-month full-time term. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will become the primary contact for guiding students through course offerings, registration, and administrative processes. This position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and exemplary customer service, contributing positively to the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for course inquiries
• Explain course offerings, fees, and registration policies
• Manage in-person transactions using front-line queuing
• Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Address and resolve registration-related issues promptly
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to a service-oriented approach
• Knowledge of People Soft or Student Information Systems
