This full-time position in Stantec Tower requires a professional adept in property administration and customer relations. You'll prepare rental notices promptly, review lease summaries, and assist in managing accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service with integrity and respect
• Prepare rental notices and timely invoices for tenants
• Review and ensure accuracy of lease summaries and rent rolls
• Coordinate with Lease Administrator on billing for services
• Monitor accounts receivable and address outstanding arrears
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in property administration roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of YARDI accounting systems is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
