In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Department, overseeing training documentation, compliance reporting, and safety policy development. Your collaboration with safety advisors and field teams will enhance our commitment to safety across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new hire safety orientations
• Organize and maintain safety training records
• Assist in preparing compliance reports for regulations
• Develop and update safety procedures and policies
• Track and manage Workers’ Compensation documentation
Requirements:
• 2 years of safety administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems
• Knowledge of OH&S regulations necessary
• Class 5 driver’s license preferred
