Key Responsibilities:
• Input labour and material usage accurately into SAP systems
• Audit payroll data for accurate bi-weekly processing
• Maintain digital and physical records for compliance
• Process reimbursement requests and manage office logistics
• Generate attendance and operational reports for analysis
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or office administration certificate
• At least two years of related clerical experience
• Proficient in SAP, People Soft, and Google Products
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Effective time management in a fast-paced setting
