Join the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre team as an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, meetings, and special events. Your contributions will enhance projects that drive operational success and improve the management of resources across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and special events
• Monitor and track budget expenditures and prepare financial reports
• Support recruitment activities and manage communications
• Organize and prepare documents for senior leadership
• Contribute to program planning and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of senior administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
