In this role, you will set up and maintain processes for managing project documents, ensuring all files are compliant and traceable. Your proficiency with Procore and document management best practices will be pivotal in coordinating workflows across various project teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical for managing the volume of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and oversee document control processes
• Upload and maintain documents in Procore
• Verify version control of technical documents
• Collaborate with various project teams for workflow
• Monitor document statuses and create reports
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of document control experience in construction
• Hands-on knowledge of EDMS platforms, particularly Procore
• Strong comprehension of revision control processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational skills for project environments
