Part-Time Test Administrator

As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all testing protocols and providing clear instructions to candidates. Ideal candidates will possess prior customer service experience and should feel comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as shifts may vary from Monday to Saturday, with up to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with all testing procedures and company policies
• Check in candidates and verify their identification
• Proctor and supervise testing candidates during exams
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
• Perform light housekeeping duties after examination sessions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is a plus
• Must be flexible with work hours and days
• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
