In this position, you will coordinate project documents and drawings while maintaining accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include documenting data, updating project materials, and distributing documentation to stakeholders. You will also support project turnover materials and resolve document management issues with the project team and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review documents and check records for accuracy
• Maintain electronic filing on the project network
• Update project documents as directed by the team
• Distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct audits on document logs and project files
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
