The Operations Administrator role is a temporary contract aimed at ensuring smooth operations within RM Building Solutions. You will engage directly with superintendents, manage purchase orders, and handle invoicing. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter purchase order details into tracking software
• Communicate with superintendents on PO discrepancies
• Manage client communication regarding invoices and payments
• Research and source welding-related supplies and tools
• Provide administrative support to field staff as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience in supply chain
• Familiarity with purchase order management software preferred
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes
• Degree or diploma in a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Excel in administrative efficiency while supporting RM Building Solutions’ operations in Edmonton.
