Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the accounting team, including payroll processing and billing functions
  • Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for field crews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for contracts, permits, and critical documentation
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project invoices
  • Monitor office supply levels and manage ordering as required
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and subcontractors
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, delivering a high level of customer service
