Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the accounting team, including payroll processing and billing functions
Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for field crews
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for contracts, permits, and critical documentation
Assist with the preparation and distribution of project invoices
Monitor office supply levels and manage ordering as required
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and subcontractors
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, delivering a high level of customer service
