In this role, you will manage various administrative functions within the Service Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies. Your tasks will include HR coordination, payroll support, and overseeing purchasing activities. You will help enhance operational efficiency through attention to detail and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR tasks, including onboarding and benefits enrollment
• Support payroll processing and resolve timecard discrepancies
• Perform general clerical duties to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee inventory purchasing and reconciliation activities
• Assist with shipping and receiving coordination
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
• 3+ years in a process-driven environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Previous experience in inventory planning/control
