We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the entrepreneur’s calendar using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace to schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Post H.R. jobs and create shortlists of applicants.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
- Figure it out attitude.
- Social media and marketing.
- Perform data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books and Microsoft Office applications.
- Organize files, maintain records, and ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support such as typing memos, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors or clients.
- Proven experience with Office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as Quick Books.
- Experience with clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately.
- Previous front desk or office experience highly preferred.
$32.00-$35.00 per hour
