As part of RJC Engineers, you will serve as a vital link between the Board Chair and Executive Leadership, coordinating meetings and managing crucial documentation. This full-time role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset to support Board functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and support all Board and committee meetings
• Record accurate minutes and manage follow-up actions
• Maintain the Governance Manual and annual work plan
• Serve as the primary contact for Board inquiries
• Assist the Executive Assistant as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 4 years of governance or administrative experience
• Related degree in Business or Public Administration preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and technology literate
• Ability to work irregular hours for Board meetings
Elevate governance coordination skills while supporting RJC's leadership through efficient meeting organization, precise documentation, and strong communication.
