Location:

Responsibilities
Ensure all residents have active insurance policies and coverage across regional properties.
Conduct audits to identify insurance compliance issues, flagging discrepancies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders using Qlik and Yardi software.
Coordinate and schedule work orders for maintenance activities across regional properties.
Manage regional work order lifecycle in Yardi from tracking, creation to closure, follow-ups with Residential Portfolio Managers and issuing quality assurance checks.
Report collection data and trends regionally.
Ensure accuracy in compliance with Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) documentation for all residents upon new lease and renewals.
Maintain key vendor schedules by working closely with the Property Services team.
Support the Assistant and Residential Portfolio Managers with the move in/move out compliance.
Generate pest work orders in Yardi, print notices and coordinate follow up to ensure treatments are successful.
Review rejected invoices in Yardi and collaborate with vendors and Residential Portfolio Managers and Head Office support staff to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Coordinate the necessary paperwork for the Residential Portfolio Manager’s to support the evictions process.
Oversee purchasing activities including creation, receipt, and closure of purchase orders (POs), using Yardi Systems.
Provide administrative support to Regional Vice President, including any other administrative tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Property Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of administration work experience.
Experience in Yardi Voyager software would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
