Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work order lifecycle using Yardi software
• Report collection data and trends for regional analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of administration experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills required
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and teams effectively
• Must complete a criminal record check
