Join WSP as a Facilities Coordinator and shape functional workplaces across Canada. Elevate employee experiences with your facilities management expertise.
You will play a crucial role in the Facilities Management team, ensuring optimal operational functionality and employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include coaching staff, implementing maintenance protocols, and coordinating facility activities that impact employee health and safety in various office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and coach Facilities Administrative Specialists
• Implement office maintenance policies and facilitate proactive upkeep
• Coordinate facility moves and emergency responses
• Liaise with building owners on operational issues
• Maintain security systems and management of office assets
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in similar facilities roles
• Flexible for weekend and overtime responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
