As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner by managing day-to-day operations while ensuring the CEO and Board remain well-informed. Your focus on accountability, proactive follow-ups, and exceptional organization will contribute directly to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s office daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate Board and committee administration efficiently
• Prepare Board materials, agendas, and minutes meticulously
• Support leadership meetings, scheduling, and reporting
• Facilitate event coordination for member engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives and Boards
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to Board governance processes required
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable holding leaders accountable in deliverables
