Position: Service Alberta Information Access Support
Serve as an integral part of the Service Alberta team in Edmonton by providing administrative support for Access to Information. This full-time temporary role emphasizes confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive data.

As part of the Access to Information (ATI) team, you will play a vital role in organizing, coordinating, and reviewing sensitive information under the ATI framework. Attention to detail is essential as you ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the document management process for various ATI requests. Your ability to work independently will contribute to quality assurance within the ATI System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize sensitive data securely

• Coordinate the management process for ATI requests

• Ensure timely completion of request processing

• Advise operations and policy staff with program insights

• Gather references for FOIP Appeals and Mediation

Requirements:

• High school diploma needed

• At least three years of administrative experience required

• Experience with sensitive information management is a plus

• Familiarity with budget reconciliation beneficial

• Security screening is mandatory
