In this key role, you will partner closely with the Vice President and the leadership team, ensuring seamless collaboration in a dynamic hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively anticipate executive needs and potential challenges
• Strategically orchestrate calendar to maximize executive impact
• Manage comprehensive travel and logistical arrangements
• Prepare, coordinate, and produce high-quality executive reports
• Lead planning of team meetings and internal recognition events
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
• Strong judgment and confidentiality in decision-making
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Expert proficiency in the Google Suite of Office products
• Dedication to understanding the EFS Operations and objectives
